About us
Family run since 2017
Douglass Civil Pty Ltd is a family-run civil contractor based in south-west Sydney. Brendon Douglass started the business in early 2017. He is a plumber by trade and spent 12 years with TRN, working up from pipelayer to foreman to project manager.
Our team has people in key roles, including a construction manager, crew leaders, and HR and admin support. We have a core crew of 15–20, plus labour hire and subcontractors as needed. We run our own excavators from 14 to 37 tonnes, plus skid steers.
We understand what the client needs because of our background – not just our stormwater scope, but the whole project working seamlessly.
